Erase a customer (deletion request)

Client licenses
Customers fill in their center's details from their portal — click View details on any row to see exactly what to put on their license. Build it, upload it here, and it appears instantly in their portal. Until you upload, they see a friendly "preparing within 12 hours" message with no download button.
Upload a client's license
Uploading replaces any existing license for that email. The file is private — only that signed-in customer can download it. (Manual for now; we'll automate license generation later.)
